Real men do eat quiche.
I know this because Big Dad loves quiche. Spinach quiche to be exact. I got the recipe from one of those amazing cook books we were sent for Christmas. (Thanks Mom H or Colleen!) Quiche is good.

Did you know that skillets can be used as pie tins? ;) At least in a pinch.
We got that it's Valentine's day today. At least after we got to school. You know, we just don't have the cues here: the stores with cards, chocolates and hearts everywhere, the Hallmark commercials. It's OK, though. We're happy and love each other every day. Valentine's Day just reminds us to remember!
